Shipping Policy

We ship Monday through Friday from our little studio in San Diego. Orders are typically shipped next business day.

•  US: $8 flat rate (free over $75) via USPS. Takes 3–5 days.

•  International: $15–$30 depending on country. Takes 7–14 days.

Tracking shows up in your email once it ships. If it’s late, email us at lindsey@purpose-aesthetics.com —we’ll chase it down.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you happy. If something arrives wrong, damaged, or just don’t love it, let us know within 30 days. Send it back (you pay return shipping) and we’ll refund or swap once the item has been received—no questions.

Just email lindsey@purpose-aesthetics.com with your order number and a quick pic. We’ll send a prepaid label if it’s our fault.

No returns on opened skincare—safety first.
